Review by hotel critic
Grand Park presents a mix of comfort and convenience, making it a solid choice for travelers in search of a tranquil escape. Nestled next to a charming lake and park, its serene location sets the scene for a refreshing stay. The attention to cleanliness is notable, and the hotel's staff radiate warmth and friendliness, enhancing the overall experience. Our stay wasn't without hiccups. We had opted for a comfort room with twin beds but were given a double bed instead. When we raised our concern, we were informed of the hotel's full occupancy, and unfortunately, no alternatives or compensation were offered. This was disappointing, particularly since the configuration initially influenced our choice. On the upside, breakfast was quite appealing, and I recommend trying the restaurant; our meals were tasty. The spa area, albeit small, offers a nice retreat, and the free WPwi-Fi was a great perk for planning outings around the vibrant city. While there's room for improvement, Grand Park combines comfort and amenities, making it a reasonable value for your getaway.
